Crypto Voucher is an electronic bank check, created as a means of depositing and withdrawing title units. It gives a possibility to present bitcoins and other currency to any user.
For it you should sign in and in your account click on "Vouchers" menu. 
Choose currency, amount, enter hash code - (click "send" near the "hash window" and you will receive 32-digital hash code via e-mail) and authorization code.
After it below you can find a list of your vouchers, where you can see the Voucher Code. Also, if the voucher was not redeemed yet you can cancel it.
Send the Voucher Code to the user you want to present, he should paste the "voucher code" in the window "redeem voucher" and click "check".
